Akutagawa International's Twitter Milestone Winner VA Bethany Looi

One of Akutagawa International's Milestone winners has a unique job. Some may feel it isn't uncommon but a lot of businesses around the world do not know the benefits of this job description. It is the Virtual Assistant also known as the VA.

A virtual assistant (typically abbreviated to VA, also called a virtual office assistant) is generally self-employed and provides professional, administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely from a home office. Some people may also asked why this can benefit their company.

Our Twitter Milestone winner Bethany Looi at http://ontaskva.com/ is a virtual assistant that handles social media. She is also a teen entrepreneur. Now some businesses would say to themselves "Why would I want a teenager helping me with my business?" I can understand this question because I thought the same thing until my 14 year old daughter showed my men how they could save a lot of time with social media efforts just by using specific platforms.

The younger generation is constantly updated on what's hot and what's not. It may also depend on what your Brand offers. The bottom line is the kids know how to get your brand heard over a large scale. Children can make something go viral really quickly because there are so many of them. If your business sells electronics and teenagers are looking for the products that everyone else has you better believe the will spread the word if your company has something they want.

Bethany Looi runs her business from a smartphone and laptop. A lot of businesses do this as well because technology has taken over the world. Virtual Assistants can be utilized from anywhere these days. If you are attempted marketing efforts in Russia but do not know the culture or the language you can very well hire a VA that can communicate in Russian, or better yet, one that is based in Russia.

Common modes of communication and data delivery include the Internet, e-mail and phone call conferences, online work spaces, and fax machine. Professionals in this business work on a contractual basis and a long-lasting cooperation is standard. Typically 3-5 years of administrative experience in an office is expected at such positions as executive assistant, office manager/supervisor, secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, legal secretary, real estate assistant, information technology, etc. The uniqueness of Bethany Looi is that she has this experience just by what she has gained doing business for herself over the internet. It is also wonderful to see  young people trying to start something positive for themselves. http://akutagawainternational.com also has great connections with professional VA's that we extend to our clients who are interested.

Akutagawa International would like to Congratulate our Twitter Milestone Winner Bethany Looi once again and wish her well. We are proud of you Girlie. Keep up the good positive work.
